Fishing Boats
I find there is noting better than sitting in a boat at 6am, the sound of the line wiping out into the air and trawling around a lake with coffee in hand and BANG, that fish hits the hook. Just thinking of it makes me want to leave right now.
There are a few choices when it comes to using a boat to fish in, you can use a Canoe, Aluminum Boats, Wooden Boats or even a Kayak to trawl around a lake.
Some things to consider with a Canoe are:
- A Canoe is great for moving from pond to pond.
- A Canoe is easy to maneuver and handle with one person
- Canoes can be very tipsy when standing
Some things to consider with an Aluminum Boat are:
- Aluminum boats are light weight
- Most models of aluminum boats are sturdy when standing
- A motor is easy to attach to an aluminum boat
Some things to consider with a Wooden Boat are:
- Wooden boats are fairly easy to maneuver
- Most models of wooden boats are good for standing
- You don't want to carry wooden boats from pond to pond
Always think safety when you are in a boat, follow the rule, always have life jackets and wear them at all times. You can find out a lot more on Canoes, Aluminum Boats and Wooden Boats by clicking the links above and below.
